Established in 1998 and located in the popular Rusthall High Street, close to Tunbridge Wells, Televid offers a specialised personal service for both sales and repairs.

I have been in the industry for over 33 years and pride myself on offering quality service and support for our customers.

We offer expert advice on the correct type of equipment each individual customer requires. There are many good televisions on the market but equally there are many poor ones as well, so choosing the right one is very important.

We are also at hand to help you with problems you may have when using you equipment and provide typed easy guides for all our recorders.

With all new recorders we sell we provide a simple printed guide sheet on the units operation which makes its more simple to use and gets you up and running more quickly. These have proved to be very successful as we appreciate that sometimes a manufacturers instruction book is not so easy to understand.

A unique feature of Televid is our FREE delivery and installation service, where we will not only deliver your new equipment to your home but we will also install and set it up. Time is not an issue and we will take the time to make sure you are familiar with the equipment so that you get the maximum enjoyment from your purchase.

We can offer Retra 3 & 5 year warranties at cost price to our customers so you pay no more than other companies who offer this FOR free but charge to install where we install for FREE.
